Customer Support Chatbot with AIML

ABSTRACT The increasing demand for efficient and reliable customer support systems has led to the rise of intelligent chatbots. Businesses face challenges such as high operational costs, scalability issues, and the need for round-the-clock availability. Chatbots address these problems by reducing dependency on human agents, offering immediate responses, and handling multiple queries simultaneously This paper presents the design and implementation of a Customer Support Chatbot using Artificial Intelligence Markup Language (AIML). The chatbot leverages natural language processing (NLP) techniques and machine learning models to provide real-time, context-aware responses. By integrating technologies like Node.js, Next.js, and PostgreSQL, the system achieves a robust and scalable architecture. The chatbot enhances user experience by automating routine queries and enabling personalized interactions. Additionally, the chatbot’s flexibility allows integration across multiple platforms, making it a valuable tool for modern businesses.
