Customers Perception and Satisfaction towards Artificial Intelligence Services in State Bank of India

ABSTRACT
There is a growing need and demand to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the banking sector. The Indian banking sector is gradually shifting itself towards using AI. Technology has changed the operation of banking businesses over the last couple of years. Banks are exploring and implementing technology in various ways. The adoption of AI in banking has grown a lot than other sectors. Indian banking sector is exploring the ways to enhance customer services with the help of Artificial Intelligence. This paper discusses how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is being used by Indian banks, specifically SBI Bank in Mysorecity, to improve customer service in the future.The sample size is limited to 160 respondents. Both primary and secondary data was used for the study. Primary data wascollected through a structured questionnaire and secondary data was collected frombooks, journals and web sites. For analysing the collected data statistical tools such frequency, percentage, ranking method were used. This study found that majority of customer are satisfied with artificial intelligence.
