ABSTRACT Digital Twin technology has emerged as a transformative tool in enhancing the effectiveness of real-time decisionmaking across various industries. With the proliferation of Industry 4.0 and the rapid integration of digital and physical systems, Digital Twins offer a unique opportunity to simulate, monitor, and optimize complex processes within enterprise environments. This research paper explores the application of Digital Twins in SAP, specifically focusing on their potential to revolutionize project management through real-time data integration and decision support. The primary objective of this study is to demonstrate how integrating Digital Twin technology with SAP’s project management modules, such as SAP S/4HANA, can provide an enhanced view of project performance, predict potential risks, and facilitate proactive management actions.
