Database Management Using Python User Interface and Microsoft Excel and Interfacing with Microcontroller

ABSTRACT

In this paper, database management system using python user interface has been shown. Microsoft Excel document has been used as backend database. In this paper, we have shown how to retrieve information from the excel database and feed to the user application. In the excel file, there are many worksheets and our aim is to retrieve information from each worksheet and feed to the application such that user can monitor it without opening the excel file. Moreover these data is to be fed to the microcontroller to visualize in the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screen. The language used for user interface creation is Python. Since this work is totally new to the best of our knowledge (specially the hardware software interfacing) so we are unable to compare the result.
