Density Dependence of Dielectric Parameters of Black Gram at 9.85GHz

ABSTRACT

Density dependent dielectric parameter of black gram (urid bean) has been studied at various relative packing factor (δr) and at temperatures (23oC to 53oC). The obtained values of dielectric constant (ε') and dielectric loss (ε") are correlated with dielectric mixture equations. The experimentally obtained values and computed values are both increases as packing density of powdered sample increases for all temperatures. The mixture equation shows better reliable to the measurement of dielectric values by the reflect metric technique.
