Design and Analysis of Spur Gear Mechanism along with Stress Analysis using AGMA and Ansys

ABSTRACT
In this paper, we have reviewed various experiments conducted on spur gears to make them efficient. The spur gear is a mechanism is very simple and has various applications. After studying various papers, we analysed the data of the experiments. Then we have done the stress analysis of the spur gear mechanism with the help of ANSYS and AGMA bending stress equations. Moving forward then we designed spur gear for the vehicle making some changes in design and material. Then we compared it with the existing design. We conducted the research to study the decrease in weight and arrangement of stress in spur gear according to the material used for manufacturing while designing. Spur kits have been used in various fields. It can be vehicles or industry. They are the most crucial component. This is because of the ability of gears to fit in compact spaces and provide the same output. This privilege can also make gears meaningful in futuristic machines.Besides, the business' continuous change from hefty ventures like shipbuilding to light enterprises like vehicle assembling and office mechanization devices would require a refined execution of stuff innovation.
