Design and Development of Solar Tracking System for Effective Usage of Solar Energy

ABSTRACT Energy crisis is one in every of the major problems in world developing countries like Republic of India. There\'s a huge gap between generation and demand of current. Nearly half of the population of the country cannot get the power supply. Renewable energy is one of the answers to solve this issue. This paper presents the design and implementation of a solar tracking system integrated with environmental sensing functionalities using Arduino Uno microcontroller. The system aims to enhance the efficiency of solar panels by dynamically adjusting their orientation to maximize exposure to sunlight. The core components of the system include servomotor, LDR sensor,DHT11 sensor for temperature and humidity monitoring, raindrop sensor for detecting precipitation ,voltage sensor for monitoring power output and an LCD display for real-time data visualization.
