ABSTRACT
In this research paper we design Blade to reduce multiple stages of High-Pressure Turbine (HPT) to maintain the Overall thrust – to – weight ratio of gas turbines engines .By this design we are able to reduce cost and weight of the component. In this we analyses Advance Mathematical Modeling Principles which based on The Inlet Annulus Design Analysis, Prediction of Turbine Efficiency using Smith’s Efficiency Correlation Chart, and Design Analysis for the Outlet Annulus Design study for Turbine Free Vortex. The results revealed that a single stage High Pressure Turbine compressor can produce the same and needed aerodynamic performance of the gas turbine. Thus, all conditions required in the design of HPT stage were met having turbine stage efficiency & fulfilling Smith’s Efficiency Prediction Law. This is a clear clue to anticipate the choking condition of the compressible flow at the minimum area along the duct of the gas turbine.
