Digital Transformation of Consumer preferences towards Household Electronic products in Thoothukudi District

ABSTRACT Consumer preference denotes the taste of the consumers while making purchase. Generally purchasing power varies according to the income, lifestyle, custom and culture. But at present this set of traditional thinking is completely washed away by digitalization. It change the minds of the consumer through technology development. Digitalization moves the lifestyle of the consumer from one step to another step. This paper analyses how far digitalization influence the consumers to purchase the household electronic products and also it analyses whether the demographic factors have been influenced by digitalization.
