E-Recruitment: A New Age Tool in Recruitment Process

ABSTRACT
An organization is made up of capital, manpower and machinery. Man power or human capital is the foundation of any organization as they contribute their labor, ideas, innovative thoughts which is very vital and ultimately leads to progress and advancement of the organization as a whole. So, recruitment is an age-old ongoing process of attracting potential employees required for a particular job in the organization.
The present research paper aims to highlight how nowadays with the evolution of technology and the worldwide usage of Internet E-recruitment process has emerged as a new age tool in the method of recruiting and has benefitted the organizations in many ways and has also helped to enhance the traditional methods of recruitment. The present paper also attempts to explain what are the benefits of E-recruitment over traditional methods and how this new age tool is helping to skyrocket the effectiveness of the organization’s recruitment process and alleviate the welfare of the organization as a whole.
