ABSTRACT The need for efficient communication and resource-sharing mechanisms in academic institutions has gained immense importance as universities aim to modernize their internal operations. EchoVIT is an innovative platform specifically designed to enhance the communication process between students and administration while addressing critical challenges like issue reporting and accessing essential academic resources. Unlike conventional systems that operate in silos, EchoVIT offers a unified, user-friendly interface that integrates modules for direct issue reporting (Hostrike), poll-based feedback mechanisms, course material sharing, and an intelligent chatbot for query resolution.
