ABSTRACT Introduction: Low back pain (LBP) is a common musculoskeletal disorder that affects individuals without any underlying abnormalities. Among various treatment approaches, McKenzie and Williams exercises are widely used for managing LBP. Objectives: This study aimed to compare the effects of McKenzie versus Williams exercises, combined with pelvic floor exercises on pain by using NPRS and endurance by using McGill core endurance among subjects with mechanical low back pain. Methodology: A total of 40 subjects aged 18–40 years with mechanical LBP were randomly assigned to two groups. Group A received McKenzie exercises, pelvic floor exercises, and IFT, while Group B received Williams exercises, pelvic floor exercises, and IFT for four weeks. Pain and endurance were evaluated pre- and post-intervention. Results: Group A showed statistically significant improvements (P < 0.01).
