ABSTRACT
Purpose: The goal of the research was to better understand how sports activities for eight (8) weeks affected the stability and agility of teenage learners. Resources and Procedures .The trial group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30) were randomly allocated to an ensemble of thirty male students (aged 14 to 16). The Jain International School in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India, was used to select all of the students. Over the course of eight (8) weeks, the trial participants trained five (5) times (each session lasting 60 minutes) in addition to their regular training schedule. Before and following instruction, the symmetry and mobility of both sets of participants were evaluated. Under the close supervision of the researcher and with the assistance of a specialist, the performance of the pupils was evaluated in accordance with the prescribed protocol. To examine the statistical mean of the data, standard deviation and the’t’ test were utilised. The threshold for significance (p 0.05) was fixed at 0.05.
