Effectiveness of Core Strengthening Exercise in Post Hysterectomy Patients

ABSTRACT
It has been estimated over 90% of women undergone hysterectomy suffer from back pain and other postural related problems due to weak core muscles after surgeryHysterectomy leads to weakness of core muscles. Core muscles are used for balance, pushing, pulling and support your spine during forceful movements. The use of core muscles is stability and mobility of spine. The transverses abdominis, multifidus, internal and external obliques, rectus abdominis, erector spinae (Sacro spinalis), particularly the longissimus thoracic, and the diaphragm are among the major muscles involved. body's centerconnect our upper to lower body, it keeps us upright, helps us twist and turn and move freely without collapsing .Surgery may lead to muscular weakening or impaired control of certain muscles. Your movement may become dysfunctional as a result of weak or diminished control of your core muscles, which will ultimately lower your quality of life.. This study helps to determine how well core-strengthening workouts function in improving core strength for post hysterectomy women.
