ABSTRACT The increasing prevalence of fixed-term employment contracts in contemporary labor markets has prompted the present study to delve into their effects on both employees and employers. Employing a synthesis of extant literature and empirical data, this investigation undertakes a comprehensive examination of the ramifications these contracts have on job security, work-life balance, job satisfaction, organizational flexibility, and overall economic implications for the parties involved.
