Enriching Steganography System for Image, Audio and Video Data

ABSTRACT

The current development in the emergence of personal computing devices and interpersonal interaction, in addition to an enormous increase in the consumption of resources for information. The utilization of the internet in the transmission of information and data, have rendered the decision about the security of the retained electronic media that exists on an internet-based system become of essential statistical significance. As a result, the purpose of this research is to develop techniques to preserve essential knowledge and render it secure through hiding, with the end goal of preventing dishonest individuals and other uninvited guests from gaining access to the data. This process of hiding data is known as steganography. The successful achievement of steganography in our application of the approach is accomplished on the outer shell or the container, which is in the form of a video file. Steganography is a much more complex than encryption, and it offers an even higher level of protection. The strategy that was ultimately implemented makes use of the Genetic Algorithm for both frame identification and LSB labeling, in addition to AES encryption as well as frame unification. The extensive evaluation of the approach has been performed using experimental assessment that has been detailed in the sections below.
