ABSTRACT

Today's stealth technology is advancing quickly for military aviation operations, so as we know, stealth RCS requires less than 1 square meter. To complete that task of achieving objective ,we need the best composite material that offers us better absorption capacity, refraction, and transmission results. To address this issue, we introduced RADAR absorbing composite material made from carbon fabric sheet, epoxy LY556, and hardener HY951 using the compression process, and we tested it using a horn antenna configuration with EM waves between 8GHz and 12GHz, which are classified as being in the "X" band. Except for the fact that to minimize costs and provide better outcomes than the 40-60 proportion, we compare RAM that are specifically created by taking into account the 40% fabric and 60% matrix material. In this study, we proposed the idea of the volume fraction approach and found that 50-50 ratios performed better than 40-60 ratios. It has a greater capability for absorption than 40–60.
