Author Name : Dr. Sunil Kumar. V

ABSTRACT Majority teachers believe that teaching is not only challenging work, but also stressful. Stress is defined as a state of mental or emotional discomfort or discomfort that occurred because of this study. The purpose of this study was to provide faculty with an in-depth understanding of major work-related causes and to assess the extent to which these stressors contribute to overall workplace stress.
