ABSTRACT: The "Fund of Employers" project is a comprehensive web-based application designed to bridge the gap between job seekers and potential employers. In today's rapidly evolving job market, it is essential to establish a platform that facilitates efficient communication and collaboration between job seekers and employers. This project aims to provide a user-friendly interface that streamlines the job search process and enhances the recruitment experience for both parties, The proposed application will enable job seekers to create personalized profiles, highlighting their skills, qualifications, and experiences. The system will employ advanced search algorithms to match job seekers with suitable job openings posted by employers. Job seekers can also access resources such as resume building tips, interview preparation guidelines, and career development articles. Employers, on the other hand, will have the capability to post job vacancies, along with detailed descriptions of the roles and required qualifications. The system will facilitate a seamless application review process, allowing employers to shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and provide feedback efficiently. Additionally, employers can access a database of potential candidates, making the hiring process faster and more targeted.
