Fundamental Duties: Whether These Duties Are Enforceable?

INTRODUCTION
We all knows that every right has its co-relative duty, like if we want that no neighbor should disturb us and we live peacefully then this is our duty also that we should also behave like the same and give no disturbance to the others. Like this in 1975, Indian Government felt that Indians have no realization of their duties. So, in 1976, while Emergency, Indian Government formed a Committee i.e. Sardar Swaran Singh Committee, to make realization of duties to the Indian Citizens. Originally, Fundamental Duties are not in the frame of the Constitution of India, there are only fundamental rights. So, this Sardar Swaran Singh Committee recommended the Indian Government to introduce the Fundamental Duties in the Constitution of India and Indian Government while accepting the recommendations of Sardar Swaran Singh Committee inserted a new Chapter i.e. Chapter IV-A, which is consisted of only one Article i.e. Article 51A by 42nd Amendment Act, 1976. This particular Amendment Act of 1976 has brought major changes in the Constitution of India. So, it itself known as “Mini Constitution”. Article 51A of the Constitution originally contains ten fundamental duties but afterwards during the 86th Amendment Act, 2002, a new fundamental duty was inserted under Article 51A as Clause (g). Currently Indian Citizens have Eleven Fundamental Duties in total. The Fundamental Duties mentioned under Article 51A are as under: -
