High Performance Logic Circuits Using Domino Logic

ABSTRACT
The VLSI (Very Large Scale Integrated) using Domino CMOS circuits for high performance. The advancement of technology Integrated Chip has achieved smaller size of chip with integrated more functions. During the more transistors usage it has lead to increase the undesired noise and power dissipation, this results slower speed and more complex circuit. Designing high speed performance of VLSI circuits with low power usage is one of the challenging aspects. Domino logic is a CMOS based evolution of the dynamic logic technique. This work is oriented towards the Comparison of Static CMOS circuit and Domino logic circuit. In this work we have designed the logic circuits (like Logic gates and Adder) using Static CMOS and Domino logic in LTspice and also analyzed the performance of logic circuits in terms of number of transistors , area, and Power consumption.
