Impact of Digitalization on Indian Banking Sector

Sustainable development and innovation in banking products have become critical concerns in the current banking business environment. While sustainability aims at growth in the economy, society, and environment, creative product provision focuses at customer acquisition and retention. An investigation into the function of commercial banks in sustainable development has been attempted in this research. The purpose of the article is to investigate how the profitability of banks is affected by financially innovative products. One Indian bank operating in the private sector and one foreign bank operating in India are taken into consideration when analyzing bank endeavors in the field of digital banking. This will support the establishment of a connection in the financial sector between digitalization and sustainability.
