Implementation of Artificial Neural Network Controller for Double-input Boost Converter

ABSTRACT This research study presents an analysis of the architecture of an artificial neural network (ANN) control system that incorporates power sharing control capabilities for a novel double-input boost power converter (DIBC). The objective of this study is to develop a comprehensive model and design for a double-input power converter that exhibits exceptional efficiency and performance, specifically tailored for renewable energy applications. The suggested approach involves the development of a flexible artificial neural network controller architecture that can effectively handle changeable input voltage resources and varying loads. This design aims to accomplish line regulation and load regulation tests. The experimental results highlight the validity of the proposed topology, which has potential as a unique configuration including a double-input power converter suitable for renewable energy systems.
