ABSTRACT : Efficient inventory management is paramount in the construction industry for ensuring project success, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion. However, the inherent complexities of construction projects often result in inefficiencies, delays, and increased costs in inventory management processes. This paper introduces a comprehensive Inventory Management System (IMS) specifically tailored to address these challenges within the construction sector. The IMS, designed as a web application, integrates various APIs to streamline inventory tracking, procurement, and utilization processes. Key features include a user-friendly interface with a login page and dashboard for convenient access and navigation. Leveraging real-time data updates and analytics, the system provides stakeholders with insights into inventory levels, usage patterns, and optimization opportunities. By embracing digital solutions and leveraging technological advancements, the proposed IMS offers a novel approach to inventory management in construction, aiming to enhance project efficiency and competitiveness. Comparative analysis reveals that the web application achieves 98% accuracy and significant time savings compared to traditional paper-based systems, which typically experience a 10% material loss. These findings underscore the practical benefits and potential impact of the proposed IMS on construction industry operations.
