ABSTRACT

Home automation system based on IoT Smart houses based on the Internet of Things (IOT) in India make life easier and more comfortable. Smart houses have a variety of possible applications, including remote lighting control, security, and safety systems. Mobile phones, tablets, and Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) are used to manage home appliances such as air conditioning, washing machines, and refrigerators. A user-friendly and adaptive interface is necessary for smart homes because a user-friendly interface allows consumers to handle home appliances more effectively. Commercially available smart home automation systems are still prohibitively pricey for the average person. However, the availability of low-cost IOT-based smart home systems is now available because to the availability of microcontrollers such as Arduino.. This study presents a cost-effective and user-friendly IoT-based smart house model with Arduino microcontroller and several sensors as implementation. It emphasises on the system's dependability, affordability, and ability to meet the needs of residential users.
