ABSTRACT

The existence of life is only known to exist on Earth as a result of the presence of water and oxygen. All living things on earth depend on water in greater than any other resource. No one can live without it for even a day. Additionally, we are aware that the world only has a relatively small amount of pure water for human consumption. However, nowadays water is not of a pure form. It is hugely contaminated with several microorganisms. In this study, we have collected water from different resources to check the versatilities of microorganisms present in it. Microorganisms were extracted from these water sources and cultured as well.  We also bought marketed antibiotics to check the antimicrobial activities of the extracted microorganisms.
