The term "Jains" refers to followers of Jina. In order to promote a better life through nonviolence, peace, compassion, and humility towards all living things, the religion blends both religious and scientific ideas. It fosters harmony and love for all living things while emphasising personal independence as well as societal and ecological connection. Jainism is a way of life for the millions of Jains who live around the world The Jain community practises complete vegetarianism in today's world. They observe the Ahinsavrat, or fast of non-violence, and refrain from using root vegetables, or jamikand, such potatoes, onions, and garlic etc. Avoid eating stuff that will harm any living beings. The Jain community also performs numerous penances. The researcher has explained in this research report how Jain diet and penance are advantageous from a health standpoint in the context of the various ailments spreading in today's World.
