Key Factors Impacting Employee Performance

ABSTRACT
As the work productivity of working adults has been increasing in recent years due to the changing work environment and standard of living, organizations are trying their best to improve the job performance of their employees to improve the overall organizational performance. Hence, this study is aimed to examine the factors that affect the employee performance among the employees in GOOGLE office. This study assesses the five key factors that influence the job performance of working employees (income, rewards and incentives, workplace environment, work-family factors, and personality performance) in Google organization. A survey has been conducted and the sample data is collected from 150 employees. Some recommendations and managerial implications have been proposed at the end of this study.
