The purpose of this paper is to examine new theories on leadership and management and to promote a new concept called "Leadership in the mirror." It is important for an organisation that wishes to "produce new leaders" to hire managers who are good at the type of leadership they intend to adopt. There is a huge difference between the manager and leader. The first works on complexity, while the second focuses on change, grouping all distinctive management and leadership activities.
