ABSTRACT

The development of a targeted medicine delivery system is the result of recent advancements in nanotechnology. The development of nanosponge has shown to be a crucial step in resolving issues with medication toxicity, low solubility and bioavailability, and predictable drug release. Both hydrophilic and hydrophobic medicines can fit inside them. The exterior surface of nanosponges often has a porous structure that allows for a regulated release of medication. Enzymes, proteins, vaccines, and antibodies are delivered and released using nanoparticles as a biocatalyst. It can be used for a variety of purposes, including increasing drug bioavailability and improving oral, topical, and parenteral drug administration.
