ABSTRACT Differentiated instruction (DI) enhances student engagement and performance by addressing diverse learning needs within classrooms. Its implementation faces challenges like inadequate teacher training, resource limitations, and systemic constraints. The study aims to identify and address DI implementation challenges in diverse classrooms, creating a DI framework tailored to Filipino educators' needs. By examining successful strategies from other countries, the study enhances educational experiences and outcomes for all students. Using a qualitative case study method, the research gathers data through semi-structured interviews, focus groups, and classroom observations with teachers from Lupon National Comprehensive High School, providing detailed insights into teachers' DI experiences. Thematic analysis of the data, involving familiarization, coding, and theme development, identified key themes such as diverse student needs, planning constraints, resource limitations, and lack of administrative support. Effective strategies included professional development workshops, peer learning groups, flexible grouping, and mentorship programs
