Author Name : Dr. Pravin Kumar, Dr. Sanjay Shukla, Dr. Rupendra Chandrakar
ABSTRACT Ayurveda, the eternal science of life, rests on the pillars of prevention and cure. Among the numerous concepts it expounds, Nidāna holds a supreme position, serving as the gateway to understanding the genesis, progression, and prognosis of diseases. This article elaborates the expanded view of Nidāna, its classifications, significance, and the structured diagnostic methodologies developed in Ayurveda for precise disease identification.
