ABSTRACT

There are several treatment and prophylactic modalities came in to light since the pandemic of COVID 19 has emerged. Vaccination is one of the safest tried methods to prevent contacting covid 19 infection. Covishield vaccine is also being administered in  various part of world. Various adverse effects were also reported as it is tried in a vast majority of population. In this case the patient developed numbness of hand and left side of body after first dose of Covishield vaccine. serious type of adverse drug reaction as the stay of patient in the hospital was prolonged after the administration of the drug.
