ABSTRACT Workforce management is a critical factor that influences the performance of a large-scale retail business. This employment means that finding the best ways to manage the labor of 1.8 million Walmart employees from one place to another is a real challenge. This paper focuses on the Workbrain product, which has been adopted to improve labor management as well as time productivity in organizations' aspects that will be touched on include scheduling, attendance, compliance, current changes in laws governing labor, and advanced technologies in time capture.
