P2P Filenet Decentralized File Sharing using Blockchain

ABSTRACT In this digital age, an effective and safe file-sharing system is a requirement. Nonetheless, commonplace solutions that are based on centralized servers often lead to matters such as breaches in data protection, censorship and single points of breakdown. This paper introduces an innovative approach to file-sharing by combining both Peer to Peer (P2P) networking and blockchain technology, termed P2P FileNet. The system seeks to provide a decentralized and secure environment for users to trade files with each other, harnessing the merits of blockchain for authenticating, granting permission and encouraging use. Effective and secure file sharing technologies are now essential in the digital age. Conventional file sharing solutions sometimes depend on centralized servers, which raises the possibility of problems like single points of failure, censorship, and data breaches. With the combination of blockchain technology and peer-to-peer (P2P) networking, this article introduces a revolutionary solution to file sharing called "P2P FileNet." The goal of the system is to enable direct file sharing between users in a safe and decentralized environment by leveraging the benefits of blockchain technology for authentication, authorization, and incentive programs. P2P FileNet is a new decentralized file sharing system that uses blockchain technology to increase security, transparency and efficiency.
