Perception of Beneficiaries/Customers about the Working of District Central Co-Operative Banks in Haryana

ABSTRACT: District Central Co-operative Banks (DCCBs) are very common institutions among co-operative credit institutions in India. This paper is an attempt to know about the perception of customers/beneficiaries about the working of District Central Co-operative Banks in Haryana. The study covers the 19 Central Cooperative Banks in Haryana. This has been done by carrying out a survey of the customers of the Central Cooperative Banks in the state of Haryana.
