Photocatalytic Degradation of Textile Dye Methyl Violet By Using ZnO/Mn Nanocatalyst

ABSTRACT
Photocatalytic degradation of methyl violet dye with UV light by using Mn doped ZnO nano catalyst. Doped nanoparticles ZnO/Mn used as nano photocatalyst for the photodegradation of dye. The operating parameters studied are effect of catalyst dose, dye concentration and varying range of pH. After 60 minutes of irradiation, 98% dye elimination was reported under the acceptable operating conditions.
