Physical Activity Impacts Mental Health

ABSTRACT
The impacts of physical activity, either active or inactive on our mental health will help in promoting positive hormones like serotonin, GABA that helps in the relaxation of our mind. Previous studies have been done to check the areas which are restricting the adults to interact with the community for their good mental health. This study collected the data to evaluate the area which needs more research and what is the role of human health which is restricting them to go outside and stopping them not to interact with the community. We have also evaluated the connection between community activity and mental health.
