ABSTRACT The total objective of our study must be to identify drugs to estimate human illness by a thorough analysis of plant Ayurveda and modern medicine techniques must be coupled in order to bring out high quality of herbal product with rapid onset of action and good bioavailability. Aim; the aim of the study is to investigate Phytochemical screening, In-Vitro Antioxidant efficacy, Antimicrobial & Anthelmintic activity of Ethanolic Extract of Hemidesmus indicus. Result & Conclusion; The qualitative phytochemical analysis of ethanol (50:50) extract of Hemidesmus indicus was done by preliminary identification of bioactive compounds such as alkaloids, glycosides, flavonoids, carbohydrate, saponins, tannins, are present. The results of extractive value were showed the ethanolic Extract in a (50:50) ratio has 8.21%w/w and extract of aqueous in a (50:50) ratio has 9.85%w/w respectively. The substance of aggregate phenolic mixes was communicated as mg/g of gallic corrosive likeness dry concentrate test utilizing the condition acquired from the alignment bend: Y = 0.008X+ 0.009, R2= 0.999, where X is the absorbance and Y is the Gallic corrosive identical (GAE).
