ABSTRACT The overwhelming amount of information, which includes historical data, current events, and policy changes, presents serious obstacles for those aspiring to the civil service and can result in information overload and ineffective preparation. In order to provide real-time news summary, semantic content retrieval, and contextaware chatbot conversations, PrepMate combines web scraping, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and conversational AI. PrepMate guarantees factual accuracy and customized responses by using a vector database for precise information retrieval and reducing hallucinations using RAG. Scalability is supported by its modular design, which makes integration with sophisticated summary models possible. PrepMate revolutionizes civil service exam preparation by enhancing material engagement and learning effectiveness.
