ABSTRACT Background: Musculoskeletal disorders have been reported as a chief problem in young adults. An important determinant of poor postures which is observed in people is hyper kyphosis or increased thoracic curvature. In UCS over activation of secondary inspiratory muscle during normal breathing is due to the presence of tightness in them. Thus, this affects chest wall expansion and aerobic capacity. Implementation ofstudy of prevalence helps to find number of students affected and its association with chest wall expansion and aerobic capacity. Special test was use to check the tightness of muscle involved, strength was used using hand held dynamometer and six-minute walk test for measuring aerobic capacity
