ABSTRACT Automation uses management systems to run equipment and procedures with the least amount of human involvement. Consistency is a problem when sorting by hand, especially when industries use color-based sorting. Our invention, the "Product-Based Colour Sorting Machine," uses servo motors and Arduino technology to effectively classify objects by color. Infrared sensors are used by the system to detect objects with accuracy, guaranteeing reliable operation in a variety of scenarios. Sophisticated color sensors and accurate servo motor control ensure effective classification. Hand sorting problems are gone thanks to SG 90 Servo motors, which control both object halting and channel guide rotation. This dependable, reasonably priced technology maximizesaccuracy and consistency, improving automation in color-based sorting procedures.
