EXECUTIVE SUMMARY At the end of 2020, no one could have predicted that 2021 would be a successful year for IPO investors. It has been a milestone in the IPO market in India and around the world. Approximately 2,388 IPO deals total US $ 453.3 bn worldwide by 2021. This was 60% higher in volume and profit compared to 2020, according to Ernst & Young's global IPO report for 2021. In India, 63 firms have increased the amount of Rs 1.2 tn per IPO. This was more than four times the amount proposed in 2020 (Rs 266.3 bn). Looking ahead, it seems that the IPO bustle is far from over. The primary market sees busy work these days.
