Quick Commerce Apps, Consumer Behaviour and Psychological Well-being in Young Adults

ABSTRACT Quick commerce apps are rapidly gaining popularity in India. Quick commerce apps offer convenient and fast delivery services for a wide range of products. The first quick commerce app to enter India was Dunzo, followed by emerging services such as Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, Uber Eats and Blinkit. These apps provide consumers with a variety of benefits, including quick access to products, a range of payment options, and attractive offers and discounts. Bangalore, is a metropolitan city known for its diverse culture and a large population, with over 50% of its population being young adults. Bangalore offers an ideal demographic for the growth of quick commerce services. The research will be conducted considering a minimumof six to seven colleges from Bangalore. The sample size is determined based on the research plan. The study will be aiming to analyze the relationship between using quick commerce apps, consumer behaviour and psychological wellbeing in young adults. Further, the study also tries to assess the difference in the use of quick commerce apps, consumer behaviour and the psychological well-being of young adults.
