Reasons behind Brand Switching in Telecom Services: A Critical Review Study

ABSTRACT

This paper tries to focus on the reasons behind brand switching in telecom services sector in India. This study focuses on factors related to switching behaviour and growth aspects of mobile telecom service users.  This paper also considers the impact of changing behaviour on consumer brand switching and presently growth perspective of telecom service providers in India. This study furthermore considers the challenges of telecom sector and scope of telecom service sector in Indian changing scenario. This paper reviewed from different journals, books, reports and websites which are most important source of knowledge has been taken into consideration. The paper covers wide collection of academic literature on telecom service sector.
