ABSTRACT The formulation's goal is to ascertain how to make paper soap from neem leaves, glycerin, essential oil, and highquality, disposable hand wash. Azadirachta indica, also known as Indian lilac, is considered the most sacred herb in India. A. Juss is a member of the Meliaceae family, which has several therapeutic benefits for human health.Many parts, including leaves, flowers, fruits, roots, and bark, have historically been used to treat a variety of illnesses. Its antibacterial components are also utilized for their antiviral, antifungal, antiinflammatory, and dermatitis properties. The work aims to highlight the most recent These compounds are derived from a variety of botanical sources.The measures that are used include weight gain, visual analysis, moisture content, foam stability, pH value, free alkali content, and organoleptic test. These actions were taken to ensure that our soap formulation would work as best it could. The Neem leaf was used in the formulation of the paper soap.
