Role of Business Intelligence and Innovation towards Organization Development

ABSTRACT

Business organizations are fraught with instability, and how a company responds to these circumstances affects its sustainability. Numerous technology efforts have been made to assist firms in overcoming unexpected and predictable business problems. Business intelligence systems are one such technology instrument that assists in gathering data about operational processes and the surroundings and converting it into easily understandable statistics. Large corporations have embraced big data analysis technologies, however most small and medium-sized businesses are trailing behind. This study provides a methodology to study the influences of business intelligence on performances, along with less researched factors such as network learning and innovativeness. The findings of this study show that the multiple parameters have positive impacts, and we may conclude that business intelligence capabilities affect network learning, innovativeness, and performance. Considering the effect that business intelligence capabilities can have on organizational effectiveness, it might be contended that some attention should be paid to them in startups. Furthermore, the network learning effect via business intelligence is significant and has a beneficial impact on performance.
