ABSTRACT

Teachers play a vital role in every child's life. Teachers are the creator of future generations. Children are nurturing the sweetness of knowledge from teachers. Teachers play the role of parents too. All teachers are considering their students are their children. Teachers play important role in correcting the fault of students, that not only academic correction but also personal correction when it’s needed. Teachers can easily guide and mould the character and personality of students. Teachers can easily detect the problems of their students and they can find out the remedies for that problems. Teachers are great counsellors too. A teacher can lift a student by the hand from destruction. Teachers facilitate students to select their Carrier. This paper is an attempt to understand the role of a teacher in mould students life.
