Role of Trainingin turning the Business Sustainable

ABSTRACT Sustainable development goals are important for every organization to sustain in the business for a long-term period. The three pillars of sustainability are represented by the three E’s- environment, economic and equity. A balance between these three E’s is the road to achieve sustainability in any business. In order to achieve this sustainability goals, the organizations organize several activities, training programs and contribute their bit, towards the society. Corporate Social Responsibility is an important part of achieving these sustainability goals. The organizations engage in several focussed training programs for their employees and managers to train them to achieve the ultimate goal of sustainable business. In this paper, the focus is to understand the importance of training in the organizations to start their journey towards a better and sustainable business.
