ABSTRACT

Deep learning technology has been introduced in the last decade and hasattracted a lot of interest from manyregions like sales, marketing, energy, cyber security, banking, cryptocurrency, etc. This paper gives an overview ofthe application of deep learning, Natural language processing, and JSON dataset in sales-related queries data management. Deep learning technology helps sales and marketing researchers by facilitating them JSON data set of common questions and relative answers asked by the regular customers of a specific product. Further, Natural Language Processing (NLP) is used in Chatbots to take the user input message in the form of text and then break it down step by step to get the meaningful value ofit. In this research build the model uses the Keras Sequential method in whichsome hidden layers are created and applied the SGD optimization technique to it, to achieve better performance byminimizing the error.
